One-to-Ten Content Repurposer

What You Get

10 ready-to-post social media pieces from a single blog post, podcast episode, or video. Different formats, different angles, same core content.

The Workflow

Step 1: Feed the Source

I have a piece of content I want to repurpose into 10 social media posts.

Source content: [paste the full blog post, transcript, or detailed summary]
My platforms: [list which platforms you post on]
My audience: [who follows you]
My voice: [how you sound — direct, funny, warm, bold]

Create 10 posts from this content:

1. A Twitter/X thread (5-7 tweets) pulling out the key argument
2. A LinkedIn post — insight-driven, personal angle, no hashtags in the body
3. An Instagram carousel outline — 8-10 slides with headline + supporting text per slide
4. A short-form video script (30-60 seconds) for Reels/TikTok
5. A quote graphic — pull the single most shareable line
6. A "hot take" post — the most controversial or surprising point, stated boldly
7. A "how-to" post — teach one specific thing from the content
8. A story/poll — turn a key question from the content into an engagement post
9. A personal story post — connect the content to a real experience
10. A newsletter teaser — 2-3 sentences that make someone want to read the full thing

For each post, include:
- The platform it's for
- The actual copy (ready to post)
- Any notes on visuals or formatting

Step 2: Customize

Pick the 5-6 posts that fit your week. Then refine:

Rewrite post #4 to be more casual. I want it to sound like I'm talking to a friend, not teaching a class.
Give me 3 alternative hooks for the LinkedIn post. The current one is too generic.

Step 3: Schedule

Drop finalized posts into your scheduling tool. Spread them across 1-2 weeks so you’re not flooding feeds with the same topic.

Tips

  • Start with your best content. The piece that got the most engagement or the one you’re proudest of.
  • Don’t post all 10 in one week. Space them out. Each post reaches a different slice of your audience.
  • The carousel and thread formats tend to perform best. Start there if you’re short on time.
  • Swap in a new source piece every week or two. This workflow alone can power a full content calendar.
