What I Collect
If you subscribe to the newsletter (How to Talk to Robots), I collect your email address. I store it in Resend, the service I use to send email. No phone numbers, no mailing addresses, no credit cards on this site.
If you give me your email another way — a contact form, an event RSVP, a free tool, a waitlist — I may add it to that same list so I can stay in touch. You can unsubscribe any time.
How I Use Your Email
Your email is used to send you the newsletter — weekly dispatches about AI, marketing, and building things — plus the occasional confirmation or download you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. I never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
Analytics & Cookies
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic, anonymous analytics (page views, country-level location) through their infrastructure. I do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.
This site does not use cookies for tracking.
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare Pages — Hosting and CDN
- Resend — Email delivery and newsletter list
- Stripe — Payment processing (only if you buy something)
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. I've chosen them specifically because they have reasonable data practices.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you want your email removed entirely, email me at hazel@hazelq.com and I'll delete it from Resend within 48 hours.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
