Four weeks.
One thing each,
shipped.
A small cohort for women learning AI by actually building with it. Not a self-paced course. Not a Slack dump of modules. Four live sessions, one project each — and a room that doesn't empty out when it's over.
I came for the AI skills. I stayed because building with other women in a small room is the most motivated I've felt about my business in years.— Build Room Cohort, Spring 2026
A cohort,
not a course.
The Build Room is four weeks of building real things with AI — together. You pick a project before we start. By week four, it's done. Not planned. Not outlined. Done.
This isn't self-paced. There are no pre-recorded modules. It's live, it's small, and it's designed for women who learn by doing — not by watching.
Differentshape.
Not lower tier.
This isn't the step-down offer. It's the one where you stop being alone — where the room does the part you can't do by yourself.
Whateach week
looks like.
Live sessions, small group, screen share. You build. I guide. The rest of the room keeps you honest.
Pick your project
You pick what you're building. I teach the AI fundamentals you'll actually use. By the end of week one, you have a plan and your tools are set up.
Build sprint
Heads down. We build. Prompting, automation, whatever your project needs. You leave the session with something working.
Iterate & refine
Your first version is done. Now we make it better. Polish prompts, fix edge cases, make it something you'd actually use every day.
Ship & present
You present what you built to the group. You leave with a finished project, a recording, and a group of women who watched you build it.
What thelast room
built.
Three projects from the Spring 2026 cohort. Each one: picked in week 1, shipped by week 4, still in use now. Every project is different because every woman in the room is different.
[Placeholder — Hazel to confirm builds]Client onboarding workflow
Replaced a 3-hour intake call with a Claude-powered questionnaire + brief generator. Saved ~6 hrs per new client. Uses it every week.
Session-notes to IFS summary
Voice memo in, Parts-mapped summary out. Built for her own clinical notes — would never ship to clients, just saves her two hours a week on her own documentation.
Proposal generator
One Claude chat per lead, proposal draft in 4 minutes. Won her 3 of the last 5 pitches — she says the voice match is the part she couldn't believe.
Three kinds ofwomen
who show up here.
Not a bulleted "is this for you?" list. Three actual shapes of human. See yourself in one and you're in.
The reader.
You've saved every AI newsletter for six months. You can explain what an agent is. You haven't built one. You're the reason this room exists — you already know the concepts, you just haven't gotten your hands on the tools yet.
Week 1 unlocks you.The operator.
You run a business, a team, or a client load. You have one very specific thing you want AI to take off your plate. You don't care about theory. You want week-1 to get the tools working and weeks 2–4 to build the thing.
Week 3 is your week. The rebuilder.
You tried a course. It didn't stick. You tried ChatGPT on your own. It didn't stick either. What you were missing wasn't the content — it was a room. A small group of women, one live session a week, other people watching you try.
Week 4 is when it lands.Whywomen-only.
Because I've run mixed rooms and I've run rooms full of women, and the difference isn't subtle. In a room of women, people show their half-built thing. People say "I don't know what I'm doing yet." People don't perform confidence they haven't earned.
This isn't marketing. It's a choice about what kind of room learns fastest. If you want to build something real, I want you in a room where "I don't know" is the fastest sentence to say.
The Build Room.
By application.
Small cohort, by application. When the room fills, the next one opens in ~8 weeks. I read every application personally.
No payment to join the waitlist. Payment happens when you're accepted and the cohort is confirmed.

Start with a playbook.
Free, copy-paste AI workflows. No list, no email gate. Build one of those this week and see if you're a Build Room person.
Book a Build Session.
90 minutes, $450, one thing shipped by the end. The solo version of the Build Room — without the four-week rhythm, without the cohort.
