How big should our team be?

The half-day Workshop works best with 5–20 people. Multi-Week Training can handle larger teams — we'll split into cohorts if needed. Fractional scales with whoever's in the Slack channel.

What's the difference between the three?

Workshop is one session — prompts, playbooks, one workflow deployed. Training is 4–8 weeks of hands-on building with SOPs. Fractional is ongoing — I sit in your Slack and keep momentum after formal training ends. Teams often stack them.

Does our team need AI experience?

No. I meet teams where they are. Some have never touched AI; some use it in scattered, inconsistent ways. Both benefit.

What tools do you train on?

Primarily Claude, but also ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion AI, and whatever your team already uses. I'm tool-agnostic — whatever gets results in your stack.

How do we pay?

After the discovery call, I send a Stripe invoice. Workshops are $4,500 flat. Training is scoped during discovery, starting at $8,000. Fractional is $4,000/mo, 3-month minimum. No charge before the fit is confirmed.

Remote or in-person?

Most engagements are remote. I also do in-person workshops in Milwaukee, or travel for larger engagements (invoiced at cost).
