The plugin that sets up Claude for you.
Twenty bucks. no call.

Hazel Q Cowork Onboarding is a custom plugin that gets your Claude brain set up and syncs your project + systems plans into Notion (or Google Sheets, or Excel). You buy it, it lands in your inbox, you run it. Thirty minutes from button to working setup.

Meet Hazel Q Cowork Onboarding.

A custom plugin I built specifically for this — the thing I'd want someone to hand me the first time I sat down with Claude. It runs in your Claude desktop or Claude Code, reads a short intake, and then does two things on autopilot:

01

Sets up your Claude brain.

Writes the CLAUDE.md, the starter prompts, and the system context Claude needs to actually know who you are and what you do. No more re-explaining yourself every conversation.

02

Syncs your projects + systems.

Pushes your project list and your operating-system docs into Notion (preferred) — or Google Sheets or Excel if that's where you live. You pick during the run, the plugin handles the wiring.

What people have actually onboarded.

Six shapes the Onboarding plugin has taken. Your run will land somewhere close to one of these — the plugin asks during the intake, and the sync goes where you want it.

Solo marketer Synced to Notion

Brain file with her brand voice and three current clients. Content calendar synced to Notion.

Therapist Synced to Excel

Session-notes template, ethics guardrails, and a calendar of recurring clients — synced to a local Excel workbook so nothing leaves her machine.

Solo founder Synced to Notion

Brain file for the SaaS, an ops board for weekly priorities, and the systems doc Claude reads at the start of every chat.

Ops lead Synced to Google Sheets

Meeting recap brain + a project tracker synced to Sheets so the rest of the team can read along without learning a new tool.

Coach Synced to Notion

Client database, session notes template, follow-up prompts. Brain file points Claude at her actual coaching frameworks.

Consultant Synced to Notion

Proposal log + scope library + Claude brain that knows her pricing and past deliverables. Quotes go out same day.

Not your shape? Run the plugin, answer the intake — it builds to you.

What does the plugin actually do?
Two things, in order. First, it writes your Claude brain — the CLAUDE.md file, starter prompts, and system context Claude reads at the top of every conversation so you stop re-explaining your work. Second, it asks where you want your project list and systems docs (Notion, Sheets, or Excel) and pushes them there. You walk away with a working setup, not a tab full of advice.
Why Notion, Sheets, or Excel?
Most people already use one of these. Notion is the smoothest fit because of its database model and AI blocks — that's why it's the recommended path. Sheets is the same idea for spreadsheet brains. Excel is for the “nothing leaves my machine” crowd — local file, same shape, no cloud sync.
Do I need a paid Claude account?
The free tier works for getting started. You'll hit the message limit eventually, at which point Claude Pro ($20/mo) is worth it. None of that is included in this $20 — it's a one-time fee for the plugin, walkthrough, and prompts.
What if I want a real, custom plugin?
That's what working with me 1:1 is for — the two-session pack, where we set Claude up around your actual workflow instead of the standardized onboarding one. Plenty of people start here, then book that once they see the shape.
When do I get the materials?
Stripe sends a receipt the moment you pay. My delivery email follows within a couple of minutes with the plugin file, the video link, and the starter prompts. If you don't see it within an hour, check spam, then email me.
What if I get stuck?
Come to the next WTF Is AI session (free, Wednesdays) and ask. Or reply to the delivery email — I read those.
Refunds?
If it doesn't work for you, email me and I'll refund you. No quiz, no upsell. The point is to lower the bar to trying it.
